Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. All of our products are clinically proven to be beneficial for all skin types.
Do you use natural ingredients?
Our product formulas are all natural. We are plant-based and vegan certified. You can view a list of our key actives by visiting our formula glossary page.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. None of our products contain any animal extracts or animal by-products. We are vegan certified by BIORIUS, a global third-party independent lab.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are proud to be a cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified brand. Our products are not tested on animals and we do not ask others to test on animals. We are committed to sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices.

We are manufactured in the United States.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle and safe for sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test before introducing any new product into your skincare routine.
How long does it take to see results?
In clinical trials, participants felt positive effects upon application of the product. Participants also noted they saw improvements within 28 days. Clinical instrumental tests showed positive skin results within a 24 hour period.
Our clinical trials were performed using the Fitzpatrick Scale Six Tones, with volunteers representing ~75% male and ~25% female.We invite all of our customers to take a 28 day challenge when using our products and share results with us on Instagram or TikTok. Be sure to tag us in your posts!
How should I store my Grimoire products?
All products should be stored at room temperature.
Are Grimoire products recyclable?
Grimoire is a member of the Pact Collective. Our outer cardboard packaging is recyclable with your curbside local program.
Our plastic packaging, pumps and glass are recyclable through the Pact Collective. Please visit https://www.pactcollective.org/locations to locate a drop off location for cleaned, empty containers.on
What’s the expiration date of my product?
Each product is different. Please refer to the jar pictogram on the packaging. Generally products are valid between 6-12 months after opening.
Are there any stores that stock your products?

Can both men and women use your products?
Yes, our products are gender neutral. We’re focused on revitalizing your skin and helping it bounce back from whatever you throw at it, no matter how you identify.

Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to any one of our products or bundle multiple products into one subscription.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now our online store is only set up for shipping within the United States. If you reside in the EU or UK, please reach out to cs@grimoirenyc.com to purchase a product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use Shopify Payments, which offers secure, encrypted transactions to ensure your payment details are safe and protected. We do not store your credit card information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary but most order will arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD within the United States.Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Grimoire offers free samples of each product with your purchase so that you can test the product before committing to it. Please use the samples to test the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products that are at least 50% full within 30-days of the purchase date on your invoice/receipt. You will not be eligible to return the same product twice. We do not accept returns from authorized retailers. Please refer to our return policy for additional information and how to initiate a return.
Do you offer refunds for shipping fees?
Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact customer service cs@grimoirenyc.com for assistance.
